Ads must be submitted as digital, print-ready, high resolution jpg (at least 300dpi). The PDF format is acceptable but not preferred. If a PDF is sent, it needs to be print-ready (e.g., all fonts are outlined, color profile is set to CMYK) We do not offer any editing or proofing services. All ads are printed in full color. Program Ads are reserved and paid for online at the Quilt Plano Show Advertisers webpage. No checks or hard copies of ads will be accepted. Deadline to submit an ad is May 22, 2026.
