Submit Your Quilt – Quilt Plano 2025

How to Enter

The Quilt Plano 2025 Show invites both members and non-members to submit their quilts. Early bird registration closes on May 8, 2025, and final submissions must be received by June 13, 2025.

There are multiple categories to enter, including youth categories.

Registration Information

Entry Fees

Members: Entry Fees are free if submitted by May 8th. After this date, a late registration fee of $20 applies.
Non-Members: The fee is $15 per quilt for early submissions, with a late registration fee of $35.

Quilt Categories

Choose from a wide range of categories including Traditional Piecing, Modern Quilts, Art Quilts, and more. Youth categories are open to quilters 17 years old and younger, with no entry fee.

Quilt Show Entry - 2025

Entrant

Entrant must be either the owner of the quilt entered, the maker of the top, or the quilter, and cannot be an organization. Phone and email information are required, in case we have questions about your entry. Please see Quilt Entry Registration Information for more details.

Entry Fees(Required)

Entry fees are non-refundable. Returning members must pay full year's membership dues to enter quilts with no fee. Entries submitted after May 8 will incur a $20 late registration fee.

Current Guild Member: No fee for early registration OR $20 per quilt if submitted after May 8

Non-Member: $15 per quilt for early registration OR $35 per quilt if submitted after May 8

Youth (aged 17 or under) - Category 212: No fee

If you would like both sides of your quilt visible on display, photos of both the front and back must be submitted for evaluation. We will do our best to accommodate double-sided display requests; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to hang your quilt in a way that allows both sides to be visible.

Quilt Plano 2025 strongly discourages entering quilts that use any commonly recognized copyrighted visual images in the design unless the entrant provides written permission for the use of the visual image. Quilt Plano 2025 is not responsible for any copyright infringement of the entrant.
