Vendor Booth Request(Required)
Each vendor is limited to one booth, no larger than 10’ x 30’ (or 10’ x 40’ for the four new Platinum or Gold Sponsor offerings -- there are only four of these booths available on a first-come, first-served basis until they are gone). Select the booth size that you are requesting.

Demonstration Request(Required)
Sponsors, Vendors, and Guild Members are invited to submit demonstration proposals. Sponsors are given preference in the schedule. However, there is no guarantee any demo proposal will be accepted. Please review our Demo Guidelines for more information.

Merchandise to be Sold During the Show

Each vendor can display up to (2) two machine brands, (i.e., Bernina and Janome) and cannot offer the same brand as another vendor in the show. You may display as many of the machines in the two chosen brands as will fit in your chosen booth size. List in detail the machine brands and models to be displayed/sold at the show.
Describe the type of merchandise (other than machines) that will be displayed/sold at the show.
This request is to be placed on a waitlist for Vendor space during the Quilt Plano 2027 show. Should space become available we will notify you via phone or email.

Please ensure that the phone number and email address you have provide on this form is exactly how you wish to be notified.

*Vendor applications are subject to approval. Acceptable vendors include those businesses that are directly related to the quilting community. Approval is solely at the discretion of the Quilters Guild of Plano. Refunds will be issued for any vendor application that is declined for any reason.
