Submission Guidelines
📁 Format Requirements
- All ads must be submitted in digital format.
- Files must be high-resolution (300dpi) JPG or PDF.
- Ads must be completely print-ready upon submission.
🎨 Design Policy
The Quilters Guild of Plano does not provide ad design services. If your ad requires resizing or modifications to fit our program specs, it may be returned or rejected.
💳 Payment Rules
All payments must be made online via credit card. We do not accept checks. Your ad space is not reserved until payment is processed successfully.
