Everything you need to know to plan your visit to the Quilt Plano Show.
Location & Parking
Plano Event Center
2000 E Spring Creek Pkwy
Plano, TX 75074
The facility provides ample free parking. Parking lots are located on the East and West side of the building. There is a curb-side drop-off entrance on the North side of the building.
Hours & Admission
Friday, August 14th: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday, August 15th: 9 AM – 4 PM
General Admission: $15.00
Children under 12: Free
Accessibility
The Plano Event Center is fully handicap-accessible. There are plenty of seating areas in the lobby and hallway just outside the main show floor.
Scooters and wheelchairs are permitted, and the aisles in the quilt show and vendor mall are wide to accommodate everyone.
Floor Plan & Layout
The show features over 270 quilts, vendor booths, demonstrations, special exhibits, photo booths, the 2026 raffle quilt, the featured quilter and a mini quilt auction.
A detailed map of the event center including the vendor booths will be provided at the show.
Show Policies
📷 Photography Policy
Photography is generally permitted and encouraged for personal use! However, please respect the artists’ rights. If you see a “No Photography” sign posted on a specific quilt or vendor booth, please refrain from taking pictures of that item.
🔍 Lost and Found
During the show, any found items should be turned into the Quilt Show Information Desk located in Collinwood next to the Best of Show quilt. If you realize you lost an item after the show has concluded, please contact the Event Center security office directly.
🎟️ Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We are unable to process refunds for admission tickets, lecture tickets, or workshop registrations unless the event is canceled by the Quilters Guild of Plano.
